Actually you need to take note of which food will reduce milk supply too, such as cabbage and mint
tried fenugreek & lactation cookies though didnt help me much. more important not to be stressed out.

Try lactation cookies or kurma dates milk . Dates produces breast milk
all i did was to eat green veggies and it helps
Cod fish and oats
Sleep more too
Kurma milk
