1 month old poo!

My nb is 1 month old. Recently he doesn’t poo much. Just wanna check, how many poos should he pass during a day? And how many days did not poo is not ok? How to help if he ain’t pooping? He drinks only formula milk, no breastmilk at all.

if breastmilk po xa its ok po n hnd mgpoop ang baby for a week but i'm not sure po sa formula milk kc nangyari sa baby q yan formula rn xa d xa ngpoop for 3days ata pru ok nmn po xa.
