3 month old Infant not pooping

Would like to ask is it OK if my 3 month old son doesn't poo for 4-5day ? He currently drinking breast milk in the morning g till evening . Evening start drinking formula.

It’s normal! As long as he’s happy and not complaining and when he does poo, it’s not hard, he’s fine!

it's normal but do bring him to the doc if more than a week
