Use hair loss shampoo and tonic daily! I am currently using PHS fortify shampoo and tonic (green bottle). It’s quite expensive (at least to me 🥲) but it works well. I can see baby hair growing out after using it for a month plus. I cannot guarantee if this brand works for you because it’s really trial and error. Everyone’s body is different. There’s a lot of hair loss brands in the market so take some time to explore and try out! 😁

PHS Hairscience products worked well for me, it didn’t stop my hair from falling but at least it did grow back after a while. Hang in there mummy, in the end the hair fall will lessen naturally over time, mine got better after 6 months pp.

I simply waited it out. it tapered off about 8 month pp. But in between, I used hair powder to make my bald scalp less noticeable. Korean brands like face shop and missha have them for cheap.

make sure you're taking vitamins and expect some hairloss as your hormones regulate.
