At my 3rd months post delivery, my hair started to fall a lot? What shud I do? Apply hair serum? Go hair treatment? Use special shampoo. Help mummies... ?

normal as the hormones return to its pre-pregnancy levels. It is take a couple more months to return to its pre-pregnancy state

Intake more vitamin/mineral. And I also use hair fall control shampoo series

I use Shiseido adenovital Scalp essence and stop falling after 1 month half.
