Hi mummy .. my due date will be next Friday on the 13 .. but the doctor still ask me to go appointment on next Friday .. anyone got came across ?
Yes that’s normal. You need to keep going for your appointments unless you go into labour before that. Some mummies won’t even go into labour on or before their due date, then your gynae will need to discuss with you whether you want to induce labour
Yup, just in case if u still havent delivered, they will do checkup on baby's heartbeat and weight etc to decide on inducing.
It’s normal. Due dates are estimates. The actual delivery could be earlier or later.
Also ask your husband to be stand by. Doctor may ward you if got contraction
