Confinement bath

Hi mummies! Do y'all bathe during confinement? Even right after you deliver? Feel quite confused cuz I'm worried about rheumatism but it's a must for me to bathe everyday. 😰

I bathe on my 4th day when i am home. And daily afterwards, with the herbal water.

    Purchased mine from hock hua. Its a herbal packs, and you need to boil it and mixed it with water for your shower.
