Do You Bathe In The Hospital After Delivery?

Just wondering for those who are following Chinese confinement can we bathe in the hospital after delivery? I have bought those herbs for bathing water do we need to bring those to the hospital in order to bathe? Also, if it is a cesarean birth are we allowed to bathe? If not how do we keep clean?
