i'm due July 2025 and scared AF

Hello mummies, is it true that giving birth is really that scary? I’m currently in early pregnancy but I get really paranoid after hearing people’s stories about childbirth. I’m scared, and I have anxiety/overthinking issues. So every day I worry… I feel anxious about what it will be like when the time comes for me to give birth.

My fourth pregnancy and definitely still very anxious about giving birth. The fear will always be the same like it’s my first but truly, on that very day, you will forget everything at the moment and your natural instinct and idk, your sudden motherhood-strength-superpower will pull you through. It jz happens. 💕💪🏼
