Diarrhea at week 10

Hi mummies, think I may have ate something wrong for breakfast/lunch today, felt stomach pain which was relieved after making 2 trips to toilet, the 2nd which turned out to be diarrhea. Am worried if this will affect the baby. Appreciate any advice on this, thank you!
