Changing to private Dr from public hospital

Hello mummies! Any recommendations/advice when is the latest we should decide on public or private and stick to one Dr? Currently at 11.5 weeks and just did Harmony test with KKH. Thanks for help :)

I have no idea when is optimal. i chose to switch at 30 weeks from subsidised kkh to private and it was a lucky exp.
