Any KKH private gynae (female) for recommendations?

One thing worth knowing generally about KKH private, the doctors vary quite a bit in communication style, so if you're the type who needs reassurance and likes to talk things through, it's worth asking specifically how hands-on and communicative they are during consultations before you commit. The nursing team there tends to get good feedback across the board, which is at least one less thing to worry about post-delivery.
