Help with weaning night feeds?
17 months exclusively breastfeeding and its time to stop sadly. Has anyone gone through this successfully without suddenly doing a cold turkey on ur baby? Any kind and proven tips? Feels like the highest level of hard for weaning at this stage because of the factors we have 🥺 *(Baby never accepted bottle since forever yes we have tried so many brands n routines, doesn't accept pacifiers, and drinks only water from the straw bottle, sees white milk refuses to drink, eats three meals and two snacks without fuss, )
Periods during breastfeeding
Im still breastfeeding 14 months postpartum but never got menses. Anyone else in the same boat? Or are we supposed to have some bleeding at least for a normal uterus. Not pregnant every time i check but it's getting problematic to do that every time i need a pap smear/vaccine/need drugs for ailments.
Kidz Meadow Childcare
Anyone has kids enrolled in Kidz Meadow Hougang area? Or graduated or withdrawn before? I've been checking reviews but not much around. And a random parent at KKh shared her negative experience out of the blue about the exact school I was considering. Super random?! So I'm a bit scared to proceed even after coming down for a visit. Do share if u have an opinion on them thanks!
Diarrhoea: do i panic now?
My baby had a vaccination, then a fall and was discharged from KKH recently after the fever and vomiting subsided. So all was good. But once at home her appetite dropped and there was mucus in her pooo. The colour changed from the usual breastfeeding mustard yellow to watery yellow and light green! Now she's sleeping more than usual and occasionally throws up. Is this a stomach flu? Or remnants of a vaccination? Do i go back to the hospital or just peads clinic? Help...
Poop: what's normal and healthy?
I've been reading/hearing that a lot of infants/toddlers are pooping once a day or every few days. Regardless of breastfeeding or formula fed. Does anyone else have a baby that just constantly poops multiple times a day??? It's usually a yellow brown splat in huge quantities. This has been our normal since day one, but has been on breastmilk for the majority of the five months. Our pediatrician didn't say anything wrong about the bowel movements or the poop consistency or even our feedings so i shrug it off... But mothers out there, please tell me you have/had a baby that did that too and it's all fine? P.s. baby is ChOnKyYyyy and im broke from all the size L diaper changes since month four
