Prenatal massage in JB

Hello! Anyone tried prenatal massage in JB and had a good experience? Would like some recommendations! #firsttimemom

S.Sebastian Professional Salon & Hub at KSL City Mall seems to come up quite a bit when people talk about prenatal massage in JB, I've heard the rates are around RM98 for an hour, which is pretty reasonable, and apparently one of the therapists there named Jue is quite well-regarded. That said, experiences can vary depending on who you get, so it's always worth calling ahead to request a therapist who's specifically trained in prenatal work. A friend of mine mentioned it's good to confirm beforehand that they use proper bolster support and safe pressure techniques, especially in the first trimester, that's really the key thing to look out for.

Changing to private Dr from public hospital

Hello mummies! Any recommendations/advice when is the latest we should decide on public or private and stick to one Dr? Currently at 11.5 weeks and just did Harmony test with KKH. Thanks for help :)

I have no idea when is optimal. i chose to switch at 30 weeks from subsidised kkh to private and it was a lucky exp.
