bathing during confinement

I had very strict confinement daily wipe down using rice wine and water. 1st bath is 2nd week after I gave birth with herbs pack, the herbs are brew in a big pot of water let it cool down to slightly warmer temperatures and shower. 2nd bath 3rd week after delivery. subsequently 3 days later and towards the end confinement last 3 day is daily. all using the herb pack to brew

Bathed with warm water with my usual toiletries daily starting on the 3rd day post-partum. 1 week after (for a week) I bathed my body with herbal on top of my usual baths.

I use usual soap and shampoo with warm water first, then rinse my body with herbal bath after that. Bathe everyday but shampoo every 2 days.

once to twice a week with the herbal water. I use normal soap and shampoo

Mil only allow me bathe every 2-3days using herbal bath

I bathe as usual the same day I delivered

I shower with herbal bath every single day.

I showered with herbs after 1 week.
