Hello mummies. I've been unemployed since March 2023 and have been gaining weight eversince i gave birth. I just want to lose weight and at the same time to take care of my child. Help.

i took zenso. helped me shred fats and weight. but need to take on fasting month so u can manage ur food intake too and really discipline
