Signs of healthy baby

Hi mummies, i'm 10 weeks today..extremely tired my god😭 I just wonder if anyone can share signs of healthy or unhealthy baby in womb? I'm a high risk so each new week makes me very worried. Going to check for down syndrome soon

can't really tell if baby is healthy or not without going through those tests. What you can do now is rest well, don't stress, eat healthy, and wait for the test results to tell you more.
