Baby sleeping pattern

Hello mummies, ftm here, would like to ask if anyone has experienced this. My LO is 4 months and recently when she sleeps at night, she will turn 180 degrees, sometimes she trashes around but through all these she is still asleep. Have to keep patting her till she stops trashing around and sleeps but last for the most, 1-1.5hrs. Should i be worried or is this part of a growing process? She used to sttn but recently because of all these moving about, her sleep became quite poor. Any suggestions?

I guess your LO didn’t like to be swaddled. Tried using a sleep bag? My LO is also like this. It’s part of growing up but still need to check on her from time to time. Try to keep her cot free of clutter & pillows when she sleeps.
