Weaning off/ Transitioning of BM

Hi mummies, FTM here. My child is 1 and i am an EP mom. My supply is dropping and I also have decided to wean her off BM when she is one. Any tips of how and when I should start introducing her to fresh milk? My fbm is gd to last for about another month or so. TIA.

Baby sleeping pattern

Hello mummies, ftm here, would like to ask if anyone has experienced this. My LO is 4 months and recently when she sleeps at night, she will turn 180 degrees, sometimes she trashes around but through all these she is still asleep. Have to keep patting her till she stops trashing around and sleeps but last for the most, 1-1.5hrs. Should i be worried or is this part of a growing process? She used to sttn but recently because of all these moving about, her sleep became quite poor. Any suggestions?

Baby taking lesser amount of milk each feed

My Bb is 3 weeks old. She used to take about 80mls FBM and finishes it in 1 feed. Recently she has been 'taking sips' like 20-30mls during feeding time and ends up having multiple feeding, that it can get quite tiring at night plus quite wasteful to throw the milk away. Any idea why there is this regression or sudden drop in intake per feed?
