Hi mummies! Anyone of u gone through confinement during cny period? My aunt advises me that I cannot eat any cny goodies while I am doing confinement as it is not good for me. Thoughts?
Nothing wrong with eating, but make sure you have a well balanced diet:) and drink loads of fluids. (Maybe your aunt wants more snacks for herself. Heehee)
