Confinement nanny during CNY period?

Mine was 2023 : 5000 plus 3 angpao and nanny demand the amount of the angpaos plus she bought the ingredients for your meal another 3K. Only day time nanny we need to pay for her transport and meals 3 times too. Totally not worth it, for my case.

At least $5k just for nanny. This is excluding groceries. And don’t forget groceries will also be more expensive because of CNY. Especially fishes.

I engaged a free lance. 5.2k for 28 days. Need to give angbow first and last day.

5000+++ is the going rate everywhere..
