Susu C2JOY

Hi mommies, saya kena admit wad sebab bacaan gula saya terlalu tinggi. Lepas minum air gula, bacaan 14. Sekarang kandungan saya 13w3d. And dekat hospital sekarang saya dah on insulin. Cucuk sendiri ya guys, sebab nak cepat balik punya pasal, kena lah cepat2 mahir kan teknik mencucuk ni huhu. Btw, ada sesiapa pernah tau tentang susu C2JOY ? Ada kenalan saya bagitau susu ni sesuai untuk yg ada GDM & Darah tinggi. Betul ke ? Sebab saya tak pernah dengar tentang susu C2JOY ni.

Aihhh sayang, tough situation you're in with the insulin injections, tapi bagus lah you're getting it managed early, makes such a difference for baby! I haven't heard of C2JOY either to be honest, tapi best you ask your doctor or the dietitian at the hospital about it since you're already on insulin and managing GDM, they'll know exactly which milk is safe for your numbers. One of my friends who had GDM swore by checking the sugar content and carbs on the label very carefully, because not all "special" milks are actually low enough, so really worth getting professional thumbs-up before switching anything! Hang in there with the injections, in a few weeks you'll be doing it like pro already
