constantly hungry first tri

hello mommies, im 6 weeks pregnant and with my first pregnancy i had no to zero appetite at all and always nauseous and vomiting. my second pregnancy right now i keep having this constant hunger every 3-4 hrs at least and once my stomach feels "empty" then i'd feel so nauseous and the need to vomit. is this normal? 😩
