constantly hungry first tri

hello mommies, im 6 weeks pregnant and with my first pregnancy i had no to zero appetite at all and always nauseous and vomiting. my second pregnancy right now i keep having this constant hunger every 3-4 hrs at least and once my stomach feels "empty" then i'd feel so nauseous and the need to vomit. is this normal? 😩

same like me right now my first pregnancy i had no symptoms but 2nd was alot worse i feel like vomiting everytime even when i crave for some foods end up i will hate the smell its normal it will get better mummy

happened to me when i was pregnant. now my son is always hungry too hehe

normal. sounds like me throughout my whole pregnancy haha
