Hi mommies i noticed my LO got this rash below his neck area.. Any idea whats this? Thank you.

This looks like heat rash as SG weather is getting hot. Please try Cetaphil baby cream. It should be effective.

Also, avoid thick clothing for LO since weather now in SG is getting hot
