Rash on tummy & side of naval

I noticed that my bb’s naval is slightly reddish at a side, and it has been like this for a few days. Also i notice that he has some rash on his tummy. Any idea how to resolve this? It does not seem to itch as i did not see him scratching the area. Any cream/balm to recommend?
