Blisters/Heat Rash

Hi mommies, My LO seem to have this patches of rashes/blisters around his neck area. What should i do? What should i apply? Is it some kind of allergic or heat rash?

mayb fungal infection. my boy kanna. May b due to sweat, saliva, milk, or never wipe dry after bath.... pd prescribed cream...aft 2 days of application, all cleared
