So many fears

My left side lower abdomen feels tired all the time. And I’m spotting. I’m so worried is it an ectopic pregnancy? Or is this normal to have cramps etc. with spotting 🥲

My gynae said if spotting fresh blood then it’s cause for concern. Best to arrange for check up soon!
