Pain on the right side

Hi! I’m currently at 24 weeks but I’ve been experiencing pain at the right side (slightly lower than my waist) area.. and the first time it was so pain I couldn’t move. Is it normal? It feels like muscle cramps..

Yes it’s normal but you can see a gynae if you’re still worried
