How to lose postpartum weight

I’ve always been on the skinny side but put on at least 7kg since 12 months postpartum. I’ve tried exercising, went for mummy tummy treatment at wellness centre etc but doesn’t help. I feel so sad when my mum, mil and even aunties commented how fat I was recently. Any advices?

First of all... Dont stress that's e main csuse of it. Secondly... I suggest u attack on the dieting part. And pair it w exercising. Normally my clients are all attacking on the food part first. Cause that's e main source of gaining or losing
