No washing hair after giving birth
I’m told by the elders I won’t be able to wash hair after giving birth cause cannot touch water. Are there any alternatives to that? Thanks in advance! :)

yes it'd have some side effects later on e.g frequent headaches. shopee sells confinement herbal bath. so you can shower/wash hair during confinement. (: i would spray dry shampoo on my hair right after i dry my hair for it to last a few days. i try to wash my hair only when my hair becomes oily.
