How long after giving birth do you wash hair and shower? Natural birth with stitches. Thank you.

The hospital is on the second day of the admitted I bath before I discharge and after I go back home I bathe 1-2 times a day during my confinement

I showered head to toes in hospital before discharge day. Subsequently daily for body, hair 2-3 days once.

i showered as per normal .. :)

After 12 days then wash hair.
