Food To Avoid During Pregnancy?

I'm now in my 20 weeks pregnancy. Can I eat Bak Kut Teh(a type of herbal soup Without Ginseng)? Recently my friend which is pregnant too told me not to take this soup. I was told by my Dr not to take ginseng only.

I took it during pregnancy. And had bak kut teh herbal type for lunch right before heading to the hospital for my csect delivery 😂
