Josiah Montessori Aperia

I've heard quite good things about Josiah Montessori at Aperia! Most mums I know rave about how clean the centre is and how the teachers really take time to share observations with parents, it makes you feel like they actually know your baby and you're on the same page with routines and care. What impressed a few people is the Montessori approach where the older children are encouraged to help care for the babies, which sounds sweet but might take some getting used to if you're coming from a more traditional setup. The only thing I'd say is check in during your visit about their communication style, some mums loved the detailed updates, but a couple felt it could have been more frequent. Overall seems like a solid choice if the gentle, familiar approach appeals to you!
