Is It Normal?

I'm a bf mother. I had my first pp menses in 10 months. It happen the next day after me and my hub have intercourse. I'm very very heavy flow is this supposed to be normal? Cos I'm a C sec mum too.

I just had my first menses 7 mos pp. It was also heavy, too heavy that I had to change pads almost every hour.
