Could I Be Pregnant

I am 3 months post partum. At 7 and 10 weeks pp I have gotten my menses. Now at 14 weeks pp I'm suppose to have my menses earlier in the week but I'm late. I also had some light spotting yesterday. I have been giving my baby formula in the day and bf at night. Could bf be the cause of the delay?
