If you have been fit and regularly exercising before you became pregnant, it's probably fine to carry on but with modifications to your workouts. But it's always good to get the go-ahead from your doctor first. Try to lower the intensity of your routines. Now that you're pregnant, your body will use up more oxygen. Though you'll breathe more deeply, there'll be less oxygen available to your body for aerobic exercise. The rule of thumb to follow is that, when you exercise, you should be able to speak properly without heavy breathing. If you can't, then you're working out too hard. As for weight exercises, as long as you go for lighter weights and you don't push yourself too much, it is okay. Towards the end of pregnancy, it's best to check with your doctor before continuing your usual exercise routine.

Just pay attention to your body and adjust the intensity of your exercises. Keeping yourself active is good for you and your baby. It also helps keep your mood up. For weights training, pay attention to your form and do not over strain your body. You will likely need to train at a lower level that you ate used to. For aerobics, as your pregnancy progresses, adjust the duration of your session as you sees fit. Do remember to keep a balance and healthy diet. Consume enough calories to ensure that you and your baby are getting enough nutrients. If you find anything amiss, always consult your doctor.
