Discharge and cramps

Im at the 6 weeks of pregnancy, however, this morning i had light brown discharge and currently experiencing like period cramps. Do i need to worry? Was that a miscarriage? Update: Thank you all, i've seen the gynea. Everything is okay, however, my pregnancy sac is empty. So now, i'm worried about that.. 😂😭😂😭
