hello.. i'm 5weeks preggy.. anyone here who experienced sipon and ubo during the 1st tri? any tips po pra mawala ang sipon and ubo. ty

dati natry ko sis. pero feel ko lumala lang sinus ko 😂.. dpnde kc if hiyang ka dun. bt mostly ok nman cla. ako lang ata hndi. or na overused 😂
