Cough & Cold on 1st Trimester

Ay, don't worry too much mama, a regular cough and cold sa first trimester ay normal lang, maraming pregnant friends ko na nakaramdam nito at ang babies nila ay okay naman! The best thing is to rest well, drink plenty of fluids, and gargle with salt water kung masakit ang throat, pero I'd really suggest mentioning it to your OB next check-up or call them kung concerned ka talaga, just para sa peace of mind mo and para malaman mo kung okay lang or may need ng safe remedies para sa inyo.
