Pre natal massage can help.. but with the cb going on im nt sure if anyone is willing to break the rule.. try to sleep ans rest on the other side that is not painful. I had mine on my left cause i was expecting a boy.. its said that the baby is resting on the bone hence it causes the pain
Consult your gynae. But this tends to happen. Varying degree of pain throughout different women. Take things super slow ok? The baby is getting bigger and lower down so your bones are doing a bit of adjustment here and there.
experiencing this now.. pain when about to lie down or when getting up, even standing & when want to make a step to walk is painful.. how do u cope with it or what did u do to stop the pain?
Just lay down side after stand slow...i had same.put pillow on ur side and legs
best to consult your gynae or you can try to wake up and sit down slowly
Best to consult your gynae asap
Check with gynae
Take it slow
Take care
