baby 1 month old hepatitis B second dose @ polyclinic

initial appointment date was 20 May but postponed to 1 June when my baby is 6 weeks old, went home after vaccine. no physical examination at all even though health booklet shows there should be for 4 to 8 weeks checkup. nurse only say 3 month checkup, will do the 3 month physical check. what about the 4 to 8 weeks physical examination? why do they skip? or do i need to book a new appointment for 1 month physical examination?

runny nose

hello, any tips or natural home remedies or ways to relieve headache & runny nose without taking paracetamol? trying not to depend so much on medication but will go doctor soon if still not getting well - 28 December 2019

pelvic floor pain

hi, any of u have/had pelvic pain where u can feel the pressure/cramp when doing things that involves lifting one leg like climbing stairs, getting dressed, getting in and out of a car, or even turning over in bed? been few days like this, i'm only in 2nd trimester.. but no vaginal discharge or bleeding just pain..

hi mummies, was any of u wearing contact lens throughout labour & delivery to see the whole process & baby clearer, or removed them & change to spectacles?
