So is pineapple really bad for pregnancy or is it just pantang? I don't eat and my MIL mock at me for being pantang. Would appreciate comments please.
Please avoid. Caused your contractions and it is not hood when you are just 18 weeks.
My Gynae advised no Pineapple and Papaya throughout the pregnancy. I love Pineapple but no choice.
I had avoided due to beliefs that it will promote connections . Only had it at 40 weeks
