Nipple aching

I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I felt that my nipple is very painful like pinching, I can even feel it even when I’m sleeping. Any remedy for this? Thank you.

it's normal, just compress with warm or hot water or else you can try applying butter it will help to soothe the pain down

I try to massage it (don't do it in public though😅), it gives me constant relieve!

Is there many red stretch marks or something? My nips hurt too

No, not at all. It’s just painful like a sharp pain.

It is normal. hold a warm compress to your breasts.

I will pinch my hubby's nipples to make myself feel better
