Stuffy and congested nose

Hello, I’m at my 6 weeks now and experiencing a very bad stuffy and congested now. Went to GP to get medications but it’s not working out. Any home remedies that I can try? I turned on the humidifier too. Thank you 🙏🏼

u can try saline sprays, then bump up on your vitamin c. when can, take the influenza vaccine to protect yourself.
