Nipple aching

I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I felt that my nipple is very painful like pinching, I can even feel it even when I’m sleeping. Any remedy for this? Thank you.

it's normal, just compress with warm or hot water or else you can try applying butter it will help to soothe the pain down
