I'm on 11 weeks pregnancy rn , any advice how to reduce extreme morning sickness ( actly very extreme , keep vomiting everything that I eat or drink ) and also gassiness ?? It's so embarrassing when I burp every minute due to the extra gasses ?

clench your left fist with your thumb tucked in.. and squeeze hard.. it helps to stop gagging but doesn't work everytime tho.
