vomiting @ third tri

im in my 31st week and i have been vomiting every thing i eat out and even the water i drink. i did get heartburn and morning sickness during my 1st and 2nd tri but i have never been vomiting so excessively. should i go to the hospital because im afraid baby might not be getting enough nutrients because i keep vomiting everything i eat and drink out?
