If you were the education minister, what would you change about Singapores education system?

Emphasis more on character building and also more hands on activity for kids instead of just academics. Because i believe having high education doesn't mean its good about everything . Without a good character its still nothing. and academics is just an add on bonus . Without academics but able to hands can help kids to learn more and also experience fun and real life stuff instead of purely from textbook !
