I'm 9 weeks pregnant but have some acne on my face.

I usually use facial product that contains salicylic acid to combat my acne. What should I use instead now? #mummywoes

Azelaic acid is available over the pharmacist’s counter & it is safe for pregnancy. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% & 5% can be used too but do discuss with your O&G first. If it is a really bad outbreak, you can use an antibiotic (Clindamycin) gel which will keep your acne at bay quickly, but it needs to be prescribed by a doctor. :)
